Unlimited: In the Kingdom We Speak to Mountains
Feb 10, 2022 887
I assure you that whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea’—and doesn’t waver but believes that what is said will really happen—it will happen (Mark 11:23, CEB).
Sometimes it is hard to stay positive, to speak words of optimism and hope, especially when everything seems to be going against you, or when you have been praying and praying but nothing seems to happen. It is too easy to slip into negative thought patterns and speech.
Not only does that drag you down, and those around you, but it also drags down your faith. If you have found yourself in this situation, then Jesus tells you to speak to your mountains.
The mountains in your life are those obstacles to your joy, peace, and fulfilment. Jesus says that we should speak to mountains and tell them to move. We are to tell them to move in the name of Jesus!
Speak to mountains today!
This sounds audacious – even crazy to some! But the One who tells us to speak to mountains is the Son of God, the Heir of All Things (Hebrews 1:3; Ephesians 1:3). For if God did not spare his own Son, but gave him for us, he will also, along with Jesus, give us all things (Romans 8:32).
Jesus tells us that when we pray, we should believe that whatever we ask for is already ours. Why? Because it is.
So go ahead… speak to a mountain today! – Eliezer Gonzalez
Reflection: Is there a mountain that you need to speak to in your life: some obstacle that seems impossible to move? Speak to it in the name of Jesus in prayer. Then see what happens, both to that mountain and within your heart.

Jesus is the rock of ages and so any mountain or a Rock that stands on his way shall he crush by power and might of the heavenly father. Grace, Grace.
