Unlimited: With Jesus You Win Every Time

For me, to live is Christ and to die is gain (Philippians 1:21).
I don’t have a big repertoire of magic tricks, but I do this coin trick where I flick a coin and (with a bit of sleight of hand) I predict whether it’s going to be heads or tails before it lands. I can’t tell you how to do it, because that would be breaking the rules of magic.
For lots of people, life is like a coin toss. You never know what random thing you’re going to get – whether it’s going to be heads or tails. But imagine if you had a hack for life, so that you could stack the odds in your favour, so you could win every time!
You can win every time!
For most people, living and dying are heads or tails, a win or a loss – the opposite sides of the coin. When Paul says that for him “to live is Christ and to die is gain,” what he means is, “Whether it’s heads or tails in life, whatever happens, if I have Jesus, I win.”
This is no magic trick. It’s the ultimate hack for life.
For most people life is a gamble. They hope that things will go well while they live, and they still die wondering. Having Jesus as your Saviour takes the gamble out of it. Jesus is the ultimate life hack. – Eliezer Gonzalez
